Shipping and Returns

Return Policy:

Being a persihable product all orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

But we strive for 100 percent satisfaction or 100 percent money back.

If you are not satisfied with your order please let us know, within 7 days of purchase, at: Kate@buffalocoffeeroastery.com, and we will refund 100% of the purchase price.

Shipping:

Minimum Shipping Charge: $5.35

All orders are sent via Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service.

Orders will be sent out within 2-4 business days, and may take up to 5-12 business days in transit.

Buffalo Coffee Roastery does not ship outside of the contiguous 48 states.

When you purchase products from us we’ll ask for personal information, like your name, email address, telephone number or credit card. The information we receive will not be used in any manner other than fulfilling your purchase. Information provided will not be sold or passed along in any manner.
